Paul lectures on both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in FM at Sheffield Hallam University, where he is also involved in a number of research projects. He is currently undertaking research into corporate social responsibility. Paul has a varied background in FM within the sport and fitness, recruitment and transport industries.

Despite his increasing age and weight Paul can still be seen lumbering up and down a basketball court or pounding the streets of Sheffield in search of fitness.
