Our research programme is focused on: 

• raising awareness about the importance of physical workspace 
• highlighting examples of best practice in relation to the design, management and utilisation of workspace
• providing organisations with the information required to make more informed decisions about the design, management and utilisation of their physical workspace.  

Current research themes include: 

• the impact of workspace on employee recruitment and retention
• workspace design and corporate social responsibility
• the impact of inter-disciplinary working on workspace design and management
• workspace and corporate branding
• reducing carbon emissions through better workspace utilisation
